Performed web scraping task by extracting British Airways customer reviews on Skytrax webpage, transformed the text dataset, loaded into csv file, and performed the following analysis: Topic modelling, wordcloud visualization, and sentiment analysis of the customers text data, the result indicated that customers reviews were focused mainly on the food served, airflight seat, cabin crew, and services received from the airline staffs
